How Can You Help

Donations

A contribution makes a difference in the health of a local resident in need. Funding supports the purchase of medication, supplies, and equipment, and helps to defray operating expenses. Our services are free to those who qualify; therefore, we are dependent upon donations from individuals, private trusts, service clubs, foundations, churches, and organizations like the United Way. TCHP does not receive state or federal funding or any reimbursements from Medicare, Medicaid, or third party payers.

Tri City Health Partnership is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. We acknowledge all tax-deductible donations with a letter from the clinic. Please check with your accountant if you have questions about deducting charitable contributions. It is an honor to provide our services on your behalf.

Many times we can use items to help run the clinic run smoothly. Typically we can always use:

  • Unexpired, unopened medications
  • $10 Gift Cards for Meier, WalMart, Walgreens, CVS
  • Items for our blessing box: toiletries, feminine products, food items
  • New home-blood pressure monitors, diabetic desting machines

Thank you for helping us serve those in our community without adequate medical care. Make checks out to Tri City Health Partnership or TCHP.

Designating Estate Assets to TCHP

People occasionally call the clinic asking about designating estate assets to TCHP. You can designate estate assets to family, friends, and charitable organizations, such as ours. This option allows individuals to give a significant gift to a cause that is important to them without making that sacrifice during your life. Planned giving integrates your charitable gift as part of your overall financial, tax, and estate planning goals to maximize benefits to both you and the charitable organization of your choice.

Volunteers - The Heart and Soul of TCHP!

Whether you are an MD, a  Dentist, RN, hygienist, a referral specialist or a handyman, we can use your gifts.  Supported by a small staff, our volunteers provide life-saving care to those in need. Onsite medical and dental professionals typically work a 3-4 hour shift once a month or two.  Referral specialists work with our team on determining the level of involvement.

All TCHP staff, volunteers and board of directors are covered under the Good Samaritan Act, HB 355.  Additionally, TCHP participates in the annual deeming process to participate in the Federal Torte Claims Act (FTCA) that provides Malpractice Insurance free of charge.

Medical

MD's, RN's, NP's and others provide onsite patient care with the support of an NP Clinical Director.

Dental

Dentists, hygienists and assistants care at TCHP. An onsite Dental Manager supports all volunteers.

Referral Specialist

Unable to come to the clinic to treat patients? Offsite referrals of PT, GI, Vision, Counseling & more are needed.

Supportive

Other options? Office support, facilities, board member or a fundraising committee member? We need you!
