About Us
Compassion, Caring, Community
Since 2001, Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP) has provided free, high-quality medical and dental care to uninsured residents of central Kane County. We are proud members of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics and the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, and we remain committed to bridging the healthcare gap in our community.
At TCHP, every patient is welcomed into a warm, respectful environment where care is about more than treatment—it’s about trust, dignity, and compassion. Our nonprofit clinic in St. Charles, Illinois, is run by a small, dedicated staff and powered by more than 100 volunteer medical and dental professionals who give their time and expertise to serve those in need.
TCHP does not receive any federal funding. Instead, our work is made possible by the generosity of local individuals, businesses, churches, service clubs, foundations, and organizations. Many local specialists also support our mission by providing care at no cost to our patients through referrals to their private practices.
